This person obeyed the speed limit of 120 km/ph. The speeding driver was in an unmarked traffic police car. The fine was R2000. Since when is it okay to speed like a maniac, not giving a damn about speed limits. If you drive 80 km/ph in the right hand land in a 120 zone, and the left lane is open, I'll expect you to move over.
