I would follow Easy's advice. You could be allergic to wheat, but sometimes the fat in for example pies, also sets you off. Something that has helped me with digestion (I couldn't eat wheat, any type of fat, even bananas and a lot of other things) is something called Acidophilus -- can get it from any health store - it restores (mine says) 2 billion GOOD lactic bacteria to the digestive system. Since taking it, I have never had problems again and can now eat things I hadn't been able to eat for years.
