How Do I Cancel My DSTV subsciption?
I need to cancel my DSTV, and the website gives no information on how to do it, tried to phone but sick of being on hold forever

unfortunately you will need to phone them, try one of their other branches, or if you are in JNB, go into the offices in Randburg. I have been there a couple of times for help with a faulty decoder, and they were great, super efficient, friendly and quick. their address is: Physical address:

Strangely enough it is MUCH faster to go to their offices - their helpdesk there is quite jacked!

I agree go to the offices of DSTV or any agent of Multi Choice, you can ask that your services must terminate on a certain date. Ask for a receipt because sometimes they do not cut the services and charge you for another month.

I phoned when I cancelled mine. I didn't have a problem being put on hold. Make a note of the reference number though, I did have to phone in and ask them to refund me after they didn't cancel at month end and charged me again. The reference number proved I had called and they refunded me.

I phoned to have mine deactivated while im in holland without any fuss. When i get back to SA i will just phone them to activate it again. No fees while it's deactivated either.
