How long before I do my Drivers License do I take Calmettes

I'm doing my Drivers License tomorrow morning and need to find out how long before the time do I need to take them also how many. I'm so nervous and this is the 4th time I'm going back. I need to take something to take the tension off so a friend told me of this. But she did not give me a box and another friend and her dosage and time frames differ. PLEASE HELP I'M A NERVOUS RECK!!!!!!!!!! 18 mths ago - -2 min left to answer.

To break the ice -- drive there yourself with a co-driver with you. Eat a proper breakfast and have a strong cup of coffee. Make sure you bath in the morning as well, so that your foot doesn't start itching, etc. If you still feel like Calmettes, I belief you bought yourself some - take x2 about 45 minutes before your test.

Do you have rescue remedy? If so start now. If not take a tablet now one tonight. Get a proper sleep. Have a proper breakfast and take again. Just make sure it doesn't make you sleepy .

I do not know about Calmettes, but good luck with your test I know the feeling I failed 3 times. I was nervous all the time made stupid mistakes.

Take a sleeping tablet tonight and get a good night's rest. Drink lots of Camomile Tea before you go tomorrow. Be sure to make sure your bladder is empty. Camomile Tea has a wonderful calming effect on a person. Congratulate yourself on getting it. When you get there, sit in a very relaxed position while waiting. Do not think of what is coming. Get in the car, clear your mind and do it. Holding thumbs for you.

I do not know much about Calmettes, but it will not be good to take a sedative. Rather follows Darlings advice about Camomle tea.

Go to bed early the previous night....Take something to help you sleep if necessary. Get up early the next morning, take everything slowly, breathe deeply, and you will be as cool and calm as a cucumber. Breathe!!!!!
