What for? Less than a tea spoon I would say, yes.. Good for the tummy in coffee..
Yes it is fine to use. you buy sachets at the shops have one sachet and as my gran says have a cup of tea afterward. just be warned that it tastes awful!!
Yes it is. My mother always gave us half a teaspoon with lemon on a Saturday morning to clear us out. Those were the days!!!
I use half a cup of luke warm water with one teaspoon of Epson salts every two weeks. I heard it cleans out your stomach, but you should drink it over a weekend and not during the week.
I only know about it keeping the bowels clean. Which will probably cure acne as well. Had my fair share in my life. Still use it when I feel bloated.
When I was a kid I went to see a reflexologist who highly believed in the stuff. It's safe to take but tastes like K*K and you have to be careful because it is the most powerful laxative known to me. (Ps: don't take it without some sort of medical confirmation)

Best absorbed through the skin http://www.care2.com/greenliving/use-epsom-salts-13-wonderful-ways.html
Yes very good for the skin, and to clean the blood system. You drink less than a tea spoon in tea with no milk, (rooibos is better) and keep drinking it, this will help with acne and it will aolso regulate your stomach.
I have always been a strong believer in 'Epsom Salts' 1 teaspoon dissolved in a little hot water and followed buy a cup of tea will clean the bowels and if you have an infected sore epsom salts diluted in hot water will draw out the infection however I did come across this article:

I want to know whether it is dangerous to drink Epsom Salts on a daily basis? My mother-in-law' s GP has advised her that it is perfectly safe to drink up to two teaspoons per day to relieve constipation. She has just been admitted to hospital for a bleeding ulcer. Could this' ve caused by the Epsom Salts?

big no no-a family friend got colon cancer of epsom salt.
in the old days they use to dring a knife point epsom salt

lazy and lots of other problems - very dangerous - pls never

again and rather let her see another doctor plsssss. best wishes
Is Epsom Salts good for plants!
I know the old people used to believe in it and my mother advised me the other day when my friend had infection to tell her to drink it. My mom believes it cleanses the blood. I have sometimes drank a very small amount in water (knifepoint) but a friend of mine's hubby gets terrible diarhioea from even a few specks - so if you want to use it I advise only a pinch of it, not a teaspoon - I suppose it will depend on every persons unique genetic setup. I do not however think you must drink it often - may be once a year or when you have a problem.
I think your Granny's conconction is super!!
