Good, they should take his bike away from him as well. I hope they will start clamping down on all those pieces of scrap cars on the road as well, those unroadworthy vehicles are a danger as well and while they're at it the people that sms while driving and use their phone to chat to others.

AFAIC speedsters like this, lacking any regard for the safety of themselves and other road users, and exceeding speed limits by (say) 40/50 km/h, need to be slapped with immediate and permanent forfeiture of their vehicle (1) and slapped with a hefty fine and/or prison term. I know there are many people who think that speed doesn't kill - sorry fellows but speed DOES kill and I've personally seen the outcome of this a number of times. If one has the urge to drive like an idiot then book time at a local racing track and do your thing and preferably when there are no intelligent racing folk using the same track.

If this oke is aware of who he really is, he will claim his common law rights to use the road foir free and he will ask a few questions as follows: 1. Please provide proof where I contracted with you to the amount of R440000. 2. Who was the injured party and proof the injuries?..there are mnay more questions that he could ask in his capacity as a human being, but I think he does not even know that they are nailing his juristic person, but expecting the human to pay.
