Narrow your question down a little by providing some information. I don't know where to start on this.

I won't say it's their upbringing -- I know people who've got great parents - it's a lack of self-discipline..

I puked a little in my mouth just at the thought of it...It is something I can not stand. It KILLS me that some people can not grasp the concept.

I have come to the conclusion that there are people who love the smell of their own body odour...the more stink the better. And they cannot get close enough to you. They want to share that stinking smell with you.

It all comes down to laziness, just wish they would get so lazy that breathing would be too much of an effort too.

I agree !! I always say soap and water works all the time... No need for expensive perfumes... WASH first before marinade !!

Dunno, but I smell something fishy....

LOL @ BFH....have never understood that myself....what is so difficult about washing yourself, wearing clean clothes and underwear, brushing your teeth, having clean finger and toe nails....

Not to worry, you'll get it right eventually. Practise, practise, practise. Try, try, try ... What you you prefer: Being 'smelly' or 'wrinkly'? Personally, I prefer 'wrinkly'.

depends .. tradition . lack of self respect , mental dysfunction /illness , back ground / culture ... sjoe could be a lo of things
