many sausages still have 'natural skins' the outer casings of sheep or pork intestines. Why waste animals..use all the bits if you have to kill poor piggy or lamby etc.

Pigs intestine is the best,if cooked properly the casing almost falls off,not like some cheap wors that you end up lying on the floor trying to eat it like a dog.

I also heard it is synthetic these days - but I am still to find out what THAT means. i knew about the old days - derms of anything. I think I do not mind the natural stuff, who knows what synthetic will do to us in the long run. I try to avoid sausages/wors these days - too many nonsense they put in it.
