Mzansi is slang for “The South” as in “Southern Africa”, so it is comparable to the German "Ossis", "Wessis", "Preußen" or "Bayern".

Since others here have already pointed out the context (ie what SABC1 are trying to convey), I will explain what it actually means. It means that SABC1 is inadvertently encouraging illiteracy in a country that could really do with a lot more literacy. I mean "Fo sho". WTF??? How stupid do you have to be to not be able to spell either the word "for" or "sure"? SABC1 will tell you that this is popular culture and they are just trying to be cool. Reality is that they are actively encouraging and assisting in the creation of a popular culture based on stupidity, ineptitude, ignorance and general lowest-common-denominator thinking!
