What is your e-mail font? Don’t you just hate e-mails in colourful cursive font?
For me it is Calibri, Tahoma of Verdana – all just glorified Arial! But essentially, it is easy to read. Most companies have a Font policy, as do our company, but some people clearly can’t contain their scrapbooking urges..
@CD.. Yeah, you're right - those Monotype Corsiva typewriters were such a drag!

I'm on good old Times New Roman. I'm with you on the ridiculous fonts&colours. There is one thing that's worse though: the signature lines. Yes, I have received an e-mail with the following signature line quote: "If I could be any part of you, I’d be your tear. To be conceived in your heart, born in your eyes, live on your cheeks, and die on your lips. "

LOL! I'm with you on that (for a change!) The worst is email signatures in pink Old English Text and the likes. SOOOO unprofessional.

I've only just recently converted to Calibri, from Arial point 10. It's amazing! If only I knew what I was missing I would have converted ages ago

Aerial Narrow - Font size 11. Company policy but I use it as my standard too as it looks good.

I use Cambria. It's very neat & professional. It's only black & bule. Goes with the company logo.

I like Ariel and Comic Sans...

Mine is till the default. The only thing worse than colorful and funky fonts is a email with a background, be it just green or raindrops.

Yes, it is irritating. My preferred font is plain Arial. I especially hate pink

Arial 11. Aside from the colours, I hate those silly "inspirational " messages people put under their corporate signatures. Not only is it unprofessional but what, they think my life sucks and I need cheering up or life-guidance? Bollocks!

I am not anal about what style other people prefer...l am more interested in the written word and the content of the email. No time for being so picky. How did you manage when people used typewriters and pens?

Things are such a mess at our company each person has his own favourite font, logo and company name - yes not even the company name is correct on some of the emails being sent out.
