Not sure, but if you do download a true font (.ttf extension I think) you shold be able to open the file from where ever it downloaded to to and see what the font looks like. Alternatively, if you insert the .ttf file into the Fonts folder accessed from your Control Panel it will be ready for selection in all your programs.
