I don't think you can, perhaps you should ask a salon if you can purchase hair dye from them......

The hair salons purchase it from the distributors (in bulk). If you have a good relationship with your hairdresser, ask him/her if you could purchase it from them.

At the salon?

From a Hairdresser who knows you well. But it s dicy. They were taught for m any years how to use it perfectly.

They just use Nice 'n Easy. Why you think they never mix the colourants in front of you. And they just mix up some colours... A friend of mine is an hair dresser. And wonder why their hair always looks pritty? Because they uses left-overs from clients... True

if you know a beautician she can get it at any beauty outlet store or for that matter anyone that is a licenced
