If your property still has a bond registered on it, you will have building insurance. Contact them they will probably replace it. If not, then it is for your own account.

You would have to check in your purchase agreement. That should have been covered; typically the outside of the building is the company's issue. Windows, roofs and things of that nature may be split among multiple owners.
